Swedish Medical Center First Hill East Tower – Temp & Permanent Power Design 

On site response to roof level freeze event that caused water intrusion into critical electrical distribution.  Coordination of on-site resources to provide temporary power to seven different automatic transfer switches, and design temporary alternative distribution systems for busway serving multiple levels of patient care. 

Lead data collection efforts of electrical distribution equipment impacted by water and support Owner insurance claims. 

Design and lead replacement efforts in 24/7/365 facility, breaking work into five separate phases to maximize up-time of facility and eliminate down time and impacts to clinical operation.
