Victoria Lai is a senior project manager with a strong background in program management, project delivery, procurement, and operational improvements. She brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-phase projects in healthcare and public infrastructure environments. Her work is grounded in clear communication, careful planning, and a consistent ability to align teams, vendors, and stakeholders around shared project goals.

Victoria has managed renovation healthcare programs in active, mission-critical settings at Seattle Children’s Hospital where she coordinated multi-disciplinary teams and maintained compliance with Infection Prevention & Control and patient safety standards for phased construction in sensitive 24/7 patient care spaces. She has also advanced systemwide process improvements for the hospital’s PCRA, ICRA, and ALSM workflows by facilitating stakeholder alignment, streamlining approval procedures, and identifying operational efficiencies from launch to implementation.

Her background also includes project controls and scheduling support for Sound Transit’s Federal Way Link Extension, where she delivers essential reporting and milestone tracking that enhances program accountability. She oversees procurement activities, coordinates between internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, and supports the development of improved program processes and documentation that reduce risk and reinforce consistent program and project delivery.
