ArtHOME Path with Art new Headquarters Tenant Improvement Project

Project scope included electrical engineering services supporting the Path with Art non-profits tenant improvement renovation.  EBD Services designed lighting controls, power, and low-voltage systems, in coordination with Owner and Architect.  The tenant improvement included the construction of; a gallery space, two art studios, a small black-box theater, and supporting private and open office spaces which included a main floor area with a mezzanine level above.
