Rashpal is a highly motivated and skilled Professional Engineer with an exceptional Project Management skillset and a record of delivering high quality complex work for clients in the Healthcare, Commercial, and Aviation sectors. Rashpal excels at working collaboratively with others to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, and on schedule. His project experience includes managing the delivery of small, medium, and large projects up to a construction value of $650 Million.

In his capacity as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Rashpal is responsible for managing Company operations and directing execution of the Company strategic plan. Outside of work Rashpal is enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling outside of the United States, and is active as an ACE mentor.
