Sean brings his 19 years of mechanical engineering experience and leadership from guiding multi-discipline teams to every project, from a one room remodel to a several hundred-million-dollar hospital tower. His experience in HVAC and plumbing design includes complex healthcare, Department of Defense, higher education, and international airport facilities. He manages and performs assessments, site investigations, complex field verifications, preliminary design, and full plan-and-spec projects.

Sean takes extra pride in working on healthcare projects, where he can help create an environment of care to improve the healing process. He is passionate about energy efficiency, always working to reduce energy waste and design more environmentally friendly buildings. Outside of work Sean enjoys playing volleyball with his wife, assistant coaching his kids’ soccer teams, and attending Seahawks games.
