Ted has over 18 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, multifamily, federal, and education.  This experience includes performing technical assessments and leading the mechanical design of  embassies for the U.S. Department of State including projects in China, Jordan and the Philippines.

Ted holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Physics from the University of Portland, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), LEED Accredited Professional, and Contract Document Technologist (CDT), and is an active member of ASHRAE and ASPE. He is an active instructor for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington (MCAWW) and completed the AGC’s Construction Leadership Series in 2021.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, and California, Ted brings deep technical expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for delivering high-performance building systems.
