Ted is an accomplished and results-driven Construction Project Manager, Ted brings over 14 years of experience spanning General Contracting, Construction Project Management, and Owner’s Representative support. Recognized for his rigorous project controls, cross-functional leadership, and client-first mindset. Ted consistently drives projects to early completion while improving profitability and operational efficiency.  Ted specializes in managing multi-million-dollar builds for clients in biotechnology, education, technology, Healthcare and housing including major projects for Amazon, Meta, and the Edmonds School District.

Holding dual degrees in Construction Management and Architectural Studies from the University of Washington, Ted is also recognized for innovative approaches to vendor management, sustainable prefabrication practices, and fostering collaborative teams. Outside of work, he enjoys the full range of Pacific Northwest outdoor adventures and is a proud girl dad.
