Bellevue Proliance Surgeons Tenant Improvement Project

Project scope included electrical engineering services supporting the conversion of a 3-story office building into a clinic for the Proliance Orthopedics & Sports Medicine group.  EBD Services provided an initial assessment evaluating the existing electrical service and identified a need to upgrade the service early in the project.  EBD Services worked with vendors and contracting partners to help optimize the new gear package so as to mitigate lead times.

EBD Services designed lighting controls, power, and low-voltage systems, in coordination with Owner and Architect.  The tenant improvement included the construction of clinical spaces, doctor’s offices, waiting rooms, and support spaces, as well as revitalizing the 3-story atrium and common spaces throughout the building.
