Ian Cotton has 17 years of experience in the electrical design industry working in partnership with Owners, Architects, and Contractors to deliver successful projects in healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, and higher education projects as well as a decade-long background in the manufacturing industry with a focus on LEAN and continuous process improvement. Ian brings a hands-on background to projects and depth of experience in a variety of project delivery models including design-assist and progressive design build. Additionally, he has 8 years of experience in land-use and development policy, and city-wide strategic planning as part of his experience as an elected official on the Lynnwood City Council.
