Karl is a hands-on client advocacy champion who brings smart new ideas to the table from his ground level understanding of design in the built environment. Throughout his 22 years of experience on a wide range of healthcare, civic, commercial, performing arts, higher-education, and aviation, projects, he has been committed to challenging the status-quo and helping clients realize innovation through evidence-based design.

As Executive Vice-President and Director of Project Development Karl manages all aspects of the Company’s delivery of integrated project management, engineering, and consulting services. Outside of work, Karl enjoys spending time traveling and spending time with family and friends on the Oregon Coast.
