Our Mechanical and & Electrical team completed an 11-month evaluation of existing campus MEP systems including campus normal service and emergency generator plant and distribution, supply air, chilled water, heating water, domestic water, medical gas, and BAS control systems. The project established campus strategic objectives for replacement/refurbishment of existing systems to improve campus system resiliency, energy efficiency, and coordination with future planned renovation and major expansion projects on the First Hill campus.
